Below is the list of projects I have been involved in, over the past 3 years

NITK Feed (Final yr)

A hobby project, started in July 2008. It is a feed aggregator of NITKian’s Blogs. It collects all the posts of NITKian’s blogs and can be easily sorted batch wise, branch wise helping us to keep in touch. More info on this can be found at NITK Feed project page. Naabo Solutions (3rd yr)

Co-Founded Naabo Solutions, in May 2007. It is an IT company. We started off by targetting medical sector, to help us remain focused. Released a value added web product - DocTalk, aimed at giving front end to doctors/nursing homes/Hospitals.

I have quit Naabo Solutions due to personal reasons.

SocialWay (3rd yr)

SocialWay.com was a venture by Tavant Technologies. The mission was to protect environment by encouraging sharing, something on the lines of freecycle.com, and also networking features.

Was involved in strategising and marketing the website.

Internwaves (2nd yr)

A startup from NITK(probably the first), founded by Brat(Pranay Shetty) and Vyas. Interwaves aimed at forming the platform between the students and the companies, to provide students with Internship and other career opportunities. You can visit www.internwaves.com to know more on this.

Worked as a web programmer. Earned my first penny here

Event Aggregator (2nd yr)

This project did not materialise, but want to mention it, as this is my first project and I learnt a lot from this.

The idea was to make a web 2.0 site which would have the database of events happening around the town. Got this idea when I was bored and jobless during 1st year vacation, worked on it for nearly an year, but had to give up on it, as I realised the idea was not feasible.
